Minutes, Board Meeting 13 December 2006
The meeting was called to order in the small conference room at Biscuit Books at 1800. In attendance: Allan, Stansell, Concetto, McCune, Coffee.
- Approval of the October meeting were approved. There was no meeting in November.
- The Gold Beach Community Fund is in the process of being funded.
- Sheriff John's dinner has been cancelled. Perhaps there will be a social.
- We discussed the upcoming Club Assembly.
- Foundation: Bob Manners is preparing a letter to the members.
- Youth Exchange was discussed. It was agreed to try to attract younger students.
- Dugouts are proceeding on schedule.
- Mary Stansell will handle Giving Tree.
- Rachael Hoefer has accepted a position on the Board.
- Adjourn at 1915.
