Minutes, Supplemental Board Meeting 31 March, 2010
Board Members (in order of succession): John Spicer, Pete Peterson, Gloria Eide, Jeff Davis, Mark Sayler, Mary Stansell (Past/Vice President), Amber Hughes (Treasurer), Deborah Cyparski (Secretary)
The meeting was called to order at 13:05 at the Event Center on the Beach, Showcase Building. In attendance: Spicer, Peterson, Stansell, Davis, Sayler, Eide, Hughes
- Note: Minutes were taken by Treasurer Amber Hughes
- Discussion was held regarding the scholarship funds budgeted. Treasurer Hughes reported that the amount budgeted was $5,000 for the year. Scholarship committee indicated that this was adequate and no decisions were made.
- Motion was made to accept Jeni Meyer as member and to decline Margie Roberts proposed membership. Motion was seconded and carried with little discussion
- Meeting adjourned at 13:15
