In attendance: Board Members - Gloria Eide, Jeff Davis, Jeni Meyer and Amber Hughes.
Commenced at 17:27.
1. Treasurer's report for September. Postponed until next meeting.
2. Hughes made motion to approve September meeting minutes. Board unanimously approved the motion.
3. District Governor visit. Chuck Root and David Clint visiting on November 1st-2nd. Root will speak at Wednesday meeting on 2nd. Board will meet on November 1st and have dinner after the meeting. All members and spouses invited to attend. It will be a potluck at Mark Sayler's house. Eide will pass around sign-up sheet for dinner. Don Swan agreed to provide hotel rooms for $40/night. Eide will ask about tour of Freeman Marine on Wednesday morning before meeting.
4. First Harvest Raffle Tickets. Club will buy tickets and hand them out to first five raffle winners at tomorrow's meeting. Davis made motion to purchase five First Harvest Raffle tickets and pass them out to raffle winners. Board unanimously approved the motion.
5. Ready to Smile. Board discussed having a dentist come to town to serve the kids who need dental work, but can't afford visits.
